TECHCOMBANK GALA NIGHT 2023

Gala Night 2023 was one of the flagship events within Techcombank’s 30th Anniversary celebration and among the most ambitious corporate events delivered in Vietnam in 2023 in terms of investment scale and operational resources. Developed over the course of an entire year by Dream Studio and Techcombank, the event was conceived as the emotional climax of the “30 Years of Greatness Together” journey, honoring the organization’s milestones, people, and core values through the language of performance, storytelling, and immersive stage experiences.

Held across the entirety of Hall B at SECC, a venue typically reserved for large-scale international exhibitions and events, the program welcomed approximately 1,000 guests to ensure a highly curated experience. Every aspect of the venue was transformed into a grand performance environment, with each architectural, technical, and artistic detail calculated with millimeter precision.

A defining feature of Gala Night 2023 was its stage system, built around advanced automation technologies and inspired by Techcombank’s visual identity. Positioned at the center, the iconic logo served as a visual anchor, surrounded by a multi-layered symmetrical LED structure. This structure resembled a series of “memory windows” that reflected the journey of tens of thousands of Techcomers over three decades. Combined with advanced lighting, laser effects, and multimedia technology, the stage became a dynamic storytelling platform, guiding audiences through key moments of the evening: from honoring generations of Techcomers and recognizing employees with 25 and 30 years of dedication to the unveiling of the Golden Book as a symbolic representation of the organization’s legacy.

Alongside the narrative, Dream Studio’s “Unique DNA” philosophy was reinforced through highly symbolic stage production and impressive performance solutions. The Gala featured some of Vietnam’s most celebrated artists, including My Tam, Thanh Lam, Thu Minh, Tung Duong, Hoang Thuy Linh, Soobin, BinZ, Truc Nhan, and Phuong Vy, accompanied by a symphony orchestra, choir, and special guest performers. Memorable moments such as a grand piano bursting into flames during Soobin’s performance and Thu Minh’s dramatic entrance from a giant suspended disco sphere created some of the evening’s most iconic visual highlights. Across more than 60 minutes of continuous performances, music, technology, and stagecraft merged into a seamless emotional journey, elevating the event from a formal recognition ceremony into the atmosphere of a large-scale live concert.
