MOBIFONE CONCERT | BERLINER SYMPHONIKER SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA CONCERT PROGRAM

MobiFone Concert 2012 marked the first time the Berliner Symphoniker orchestra performed in Vietnam. For Dream Studio, this was more than just a concert; it was a challenge in how to bring international classical music closer to the Vietnamese public through a well-organized, sophisticated, and artistically profound experience.

Instead of approaching classical music as an exclusive performance space for experts, Dream Studio and its partners chose to develop a program that balanced academic rigor with mass accessibility. The pieces were selected and curated into three distinct programs featuring melodic works that allowed the audience to easily appreciate the beauty of classical music while maintaining its original artistic integrity.

The highlight of the project was the appearance of the Berliner Symphoniker, one of Germany's most prestigious symphony orchestras, alongside violinist Bui Cong Duy—the only Vietnamese artist to perform in the program. The collaboration between international and Vietnamese artists created a unique dialogue on stage, where music became a common language that transcended geographical and cultural boundaries.

One of the project's greatest challenges was building a program that both showcased the caliber of "high art" music and created a sense of intimacy for the Vietnamese audience. The entire process of organization, staging, and coordination was executed with high standards for sound quality, performance space, and audience experience, aiming to deliver an international-standard musical enjoyment.

For Dream Studio, MobiFone Concert 2012 was a significant project in the journey to expand the language of music and performing arts in Vietnam. The program demonstrated that classical music can absolutely be approached as an emotionally rich cultural experience, where artistic quality, organizational mindset, and connection with the public come together to create lasting value.
