VỀ DỰ ÁN

The Hermès Store Opening in Hanoi was not merely a conventional boutique inauguration; it marked the genesis of an ambitious, long-term business strategy for Tam Son Group in Vietnam. The event was developed into a seamless series of integrated activations, gracefully transitioning from the boutique inauguration and VIP reception to the absolute highlight: an exclusive private gala dinner at the Hanoi Opera House.

Backed by a substantial investment scale, the project established unprecedented event production standards within the Vietnamese market at the time. The entire experiential journey was architected around the intersection of French lifestyle, literature, and art with the 1950s Vietnamese Indochine spirit. Within this conceptual framework, the imagery of ballet dancers performing alongside bespoke horse-head masks emerged as a signature visual focal point.

Specifically at the Hanoi Opera House, all conventional stage backdrops were dismantled to recreate a minimalist ballet theater environment. A 45-minute contemporary ballet production was staged as the artistic centerpiece of the evening. Simultaneously, the Mirror Room of the Opera House was transformed into an intimate, luxurious banquet space radiating a Parisian urban spirit, exclusively reserved for a strictly limited VIP guest list of Tam Son and Hermès. The entire banquet setup - ranging from tableware and cutlery to candles and accompanying accessories - was temporarily imported from Europe. Meanwhile, the overarching concept, narrative, and execution were stringently controlled by the brand to meet their exclusive, uncompromising standards.

For AAA and director Viet Tu, this was more than a mere event production project; it served as a comprehensive validation of their creative capabilities, production prowess, and execution standards in a market that was still nascent regarding premium brand experiences. Every detail was executed with the utmost precision and rigor, spanning concept development, art direction, spatial design, and operational protocols. Consequently, the project became a definitive milestone. It successfully demonstrated the caliber of the local creative team and partners when faced with the stringent demands of one of the world's most valuable fashion houses, all during a period when Vietnam's event and entertainment industry was only just beginning to establish its foundational professional benchmarks.
