VIETINBANK 30TH ANNIVERSARY

The 30th Anniversary of VietinBank marked not only a significant milestone in the Bank’s history but also an opportunity to reflect on three decades of growth alongside the development of Vietnam and its banking and financial sector. Dream Studio approached the celebration as a theatrical production, where history, people, and aspirations for growth were expressed through the language of music, visual storytelling, and contemporary performance technology.

One of the project’s defining features was the direct participation of VietinBank employees on stage. Office staff with no prior performance experience underwent a rigorous rehearsal process with high discipline to become an integral part of the production. Bringing the very people who shape VietinBank onto the stage not only enhanced the authenticity of the performance but also embodied the organization’s spirit of unity and shared pride.

The program opened with “Ngàn Ước Mơ Việt Nam (Thousand Vietnamese Dreams)”, performed by a symphony orchestra and choir. Rather than simply celebrating the beauty of the nation, the performance introduced the story of Vietnam’s banking industry development and VietinBank’s mission of “Enhancing the Value of Life” pursued over the past three decades. The following chapters celebrated the pride of the banking profession, paid tribute to generations of employees, and expressed aspirations for the future through works such as “Những Con Số Thầm Lặng (Silent Numbers)”, “Nhớ Tuổi 30 (Remembering Thirty)”, “Tự Hào Vietinbank (Proud VietinBank)”, “Gửi Niềm Tin Yêu (Sending Our Trust)”, and “Vươn Tới Bầu Trời (Reaching for the Sky)”.

The production was staged on a grand scale, bringing together a symphony orchestra, choir, dozens of dancers, and leading artists including Hong Nhung, Tung Duong, Trong Hieu, and OPlus. Alongside a narrative closely aligned with the anniversary theme, the program incorporated contemporary production techniques, including interactive 3D visual technology and advanced stage effects, portraying VietinBank as a dynamic, innovative, and integrated institution in the digital era.

Through this project, Dream Studio continued to pursue the philosophy of approaching corporate events as meaningful theatrical works, placing people and the organization’s own story at the center of the experience to create lasting organizational value.
