For Dream Studio, Q Show II was far more than a concert celebrating singer Le Quyen's 20-year artistic journey. It was an opportunity to transform the singer's artistic journey into an emotionally rich theatrical experience worthy of a top-tier artist. Spanning nearly three hours and featuring no guest artists, the entire production was designed with a single focus: placing Le Quyen at the absolute center of the stage and the audience's emotional experience.
Rather than following the familiar format of a contemporary live concert, Dream Studio structured Q Show II into five narrative chapters: Childhood, Coming of Age, Love, Memories, and Ascension. Each chapter represented a distinct period in Le Quyen's personal and artistic journey, connected seamlessly through stage direction, music, visual design, and storytelling to create a continuous emotional arc throughout the performance.
Dream Studio approached Q Show II not as a conventional music show, but as a large-scale theatrical concert where every chapter became an independent emotional landscape. Stage architecture, lighting, orchestration, and visual design worked together to elevate the elegance and emotional depth of Bolero music. Rather than using LED screens purely for visual effects, the production incorporated them as architectural elements that created depth, perspective, and the atmosphere of a classical theater stage - an approach rarely seen in contemporary concert productions.
One of the concert's most remarkable moments was the performance of “Nhớ về Hà Nội” (Remembering Hanoi), during which Dream Studio introduced BlackTrax Real-Time Tracking technology to a Vietnamese live concert for the first time. The system synchronized 12 mobile projection screens, each standing 3.6 meters tall and weighing more than half a ton, with real-time 3D mapping content. Previously used in productions such as Cirque du Soleil and the Audi A8L Launch, the technology enabled Dream Studio to recreate historic Hanoi as a living, moving canvas on stage, turning technology into a part of the storytelling language rather than just a technical spectacle
Complementing the stage design and visual system, the concert featured a large-scale sound and lighting setup built to international production standards, ensuring a cohesive and immersive performance environment throughout the evening.
For Dream Studio, the significance of Q Show II was never defined by its scale or record-breaking numbers, but in proving that a Vietnamese live concert could be created with the vision and production philosophy of a world-class theatrical concert, where technology, stage design, and artistic emotion work together in service of one continuous artistic story.
