LOTUS SOCIAL NETWORK LAUNCH

In 2019, the Lotus social network officially launched as one of Vietnam's most ambitious “Made in Vietnam” technology projects, introducing a social networking platform built around a content-first philosophy. For Dream Studio, the project was far more than a technology launch event. The challenge was to transform complex technical concepts into an engaging, intuitive, and immersive experience that audiences could easily understand and connect with.

The defining feature of the launch was a custom-designed 3D stage system developed specifically for the event. The stage combined folded flat LED structures, a large-scale LED floor, and Warp 3D spatial simulation technology to create a striking anamorphic visual effect. From carefully calculated viewing angles, the installation appeared as a fully three-dimensional architectural structure with remarkable depth, transforming the performance space into a giant digital interface. At the time, this was one of the earliest applications of 3D anamorphic stage design for a technology launch event in Vietnam.

Through the Lotus Social Network Launch, Dream Studio continued to explore the intersection of technology, experience design, and live performance. The project not only marked the introduction of a new Vietnamese digital platform but also demonstrated how technology launches can become compelling storytelling experiences, where stagecraft serves as the bridge between innovation and audience engagement.
