Continuing the long-standing partnership with Vietnam Airlines since 2010, Dream Studio and AAA took charge of the creation and staging of the event marking a significant developmental milestone for the Airline in 2015: the reception ceremony for the new generation Airbus A350-900 XWB aircraft and the signing of a long-term technical service agreement with Airbus. This was not only an event of commercial significance but also a strategic milestone in the process of modernizing the fleet, upgrading service quality, and affirming the National Airlines' position on the global aviation map.
The AAA & Dream Studio joint venture continued to collaborate in the role of spatial development and event organization for a program with exceptionally strict requirements regarding diplomatic protocol, security, and operation. Taking place at the VIP A Terminal of Noi Bai International Airport with the presence of Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, key cabinet ministers, Airbus executives, and many international partners, the program demanded absolute precision in every detail.
Instead of approaching it through a traditional signing ceremony format, Dream Studio designed the entire space as a symbol for Vietnam Airlines' new development phase. The highlight of the program was the welcoming performance for the A350 aircraft on the runway, featuring the participation of all employees from all core divisions of the National airline, including flight crew, cabin crew, and ground operators, creating a highly emotional image of the solidarity and pride of the National Airlines.
Throughout the program, the signing of the Airbus A350 XWB technical service agreement, the official unveiling of Vietnam Airlines’ new brand identity, and the formal aircraft delivery were connected in a unified narrative flow. This structure both ensured the solemnity of a national-level event and clearly conveyed Vietnam Airlines' aspiration to reach the international level.
For AAA and Dream Studio, the project is a testament to the capacity to execute large-scale economic-political events, where creative thinking is always balanced with the requirements of protocol, operation, and international standards. Through each project, Dream Studio continues to affirm the ability to transform corporate development milestones into experiences of enduring symbolic and emotional value.
